Pricing and Currency

 

  • Q. Do your prices include tax?

  • A. Prices for Great Britain and Europe include VAT. All other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

 

  • Q. When will I be charged for my order?

  • A. You’ll be charged for your order when it is despatched from our warehouse.

     

     

Out of Stock

 

  • Q. When are products coming back into stock?

  • A. As soon as Tadáias has an estimated date of delivery it will normally be posted on the specific product page.

 

  • Q. I’d like to order a product, but it does not allow me to put it in the basket.

  • A. If it is not possible to select an item this means that it is not available. Please contact us via info@tadaias.com to find out when items come back into stock.

     

     

Delivery

 

  • Q. How long does the delivery take?

  • A. Orders will be posted on the day of order, if order confirmed before 3pm. Delivery time will be dependent on Express and Standard delivery times for each region.

 

  • Q. When will my order be sent out?

  • A. Despatch and delivery times will change dependent on time of order. You can track your delivery through the carriers website.

 

  • Q. How are products shipped?

  • A. Standard Ireland and UK orders are sent via An Post and Royal Mail. Express Ireland and UK orders are sent via DHL.

 

  • Q. How much will shipping cost to my address?

  • A. Standard delivery is free for orders over £70, and for Express shipping there is a standard rate of £3.99 per delivery.

     

     

Returns

 

  • Q. What’s your returns policy?

  • A. You can return any product you receive from Tadáias within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and unwashed.

 

  • Q. I do not like the product I ordered, what can I do?

  • A. If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please visit our returns section for more information on how to return a product.

 

  • Q. How do I return a product?

  • A. Please contact us via info@tadaias.com for full instructions on how to return a product.

 

  • Q. I want to return a product, but I don’t have the original packaging?

  • A. You can always send the products back to Tadáias in another package but please pack securely and send to us via 'signed confirmed delivery' and follow the instructions in the returns section of the website.

 

  • Q. How do I exchange a product?

    A. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the steps in the Returns section of the website.
